Zombie Hate Brigade was formed in December 2003 out of the ashes of other popular metal bands in the Colorado scene (Yeast Infection, Dismembered Fetus and Adnauseam). Zombie Hate Brigade’s main focus was to capture the imagery of horror movies and incorporate it into their music. Most topics evolve around B movie zombie films but they do have the occasional song about other horror/slasher movies as well.
As quoted by the band “we wanted to do something we never got to do in our other projects, be a little more care free and have fun with this project, but still stay true to the death/grind genre, maybe also these tunes will turn the listener to watching the film, sure our lyrics maybe be a little cheesy or corny in value, but so are the movies, the movies are amazing in their own way… were paying tribute to some of the greatest B horror films of all time”.
The band has the passion and determination to capture the world with their monstrosity, “One of our goals is to play some of the festivals this world has to offer, Obscene Extreme festival, Waken open air, Maryland metal fest, just to share the stage with some of those bands is a dream all of its own”. Recently the band signed with CRASH MUSIC INC. And their debut for the label will be available in retail stores everywhere July 14th. In the mean time Zombie Hate Brigade is playing shows in and out of Colorado. Look for Zombie Hate Brigade at a theatre near you as they plan to drive their virus infected death/grind into the front doors of the metal underground.
